We offer a special rate for meetings when including accommodation and meeting packages.
Accommodation: from EUR 60.00 in Superior room
Daily Delegate Rate: from EUR 48.00 per person
Services included in special rates:
- Conference room, suited to the number of participants
- Basic technical equipment (data projector, projection screen, flipchart)
- Free WiFi internet access
- Unlimited consumption of soft drinks during the meeting
- Healthy and energetic coffee break in the morning
- Afternoon coffee break: freshly made, sweet, healthy an varies
- 1 lunch per participant (lunch buffet incl. 1 drink)

- Price for accommodation incl. breakfast and VAT
- Daily Delegate Rate incl. VAT
- One complimentary room per 40 paying rooms
- Complimentary parking (up to 7 cars based on availability)
- Offer is valid for new MICE bookings only, made from 5th September 2012
- Minimum of 40 rooms per night for two nights to qualify
- Minimum number of participants of the meeting: 25
- Offer excludes closeout and citywide congress dates
- Valid only for meetings including accommodation and conference packages
- Reservations will be confirmed upon hotel availability
